It's All About Liberty

“Give me liberty or give me death!”
Or, since death isn’t really an option, some sort of  restricted, airless, half-fulfilled life.

    1. Well, the first part is from Patrick Henry, but the rest is from me. So I used Henry's quote to make a point. Actually, I was going to edit it this morning, changing "stunted" to "airless," which captures my feeling a bit more. I corrected the quotation marks and mentioned Henry by name. Thanks!

  2. I love it! It was so profound that I thought someone famous had said it, ha! yes, a life like that would be worse than death, actually.

  3. Thanks! It's profound for me. And I agree, a life without liberty IS a form of death.

  5. Thanks, Collette and Sarah! Anyone ready to move to New Hampshire, where the state motto is "Live Free or Die!"?
